Thai Massage consists of four main components in the Traditional Thai Medicine System.

Students will learn to use Passive Stretching, Rhythmic Acupressure, and Manual Manipulations to alleviate common MSK conditions.

Students will learn the Front Position through theory and practical applications in the Level I Workshop.

NOTE: Bring pillow and yoga mat.
