Bowen Therapy samplesLevel 1
Bowen Therapy is the gentle manipulation of muscle tissues at key points of the body. These techniques should trigger the body to ‘reset’ its own homeostatic balance and stimulate energy flow.

Through theory and practical examples, students will learn to use Bowen to help relieve a variety of chronic and acute pains using gentle, non-invasive techniques.
